Terms of service
These terms govern access to Senda. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
The service
Senda provides workflow, recordkeeping, document-processing, and collaboration tools for trade operations. Senda does not act as a customs broker, carrier, government authority, or legal adviser, and does not guarantee customs clearance, admissibility, or delivery.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, authorized use by your team, and the lawfulness of data and documents submitted to Senda. You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt other users, or upload unlawful or malicious content.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Prices, billing cadence, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown there.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Senda the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and back up that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access to protect the service, address misuse, perform maintenance, or comply with law. Roadmap descriptions are plans rather than delivery guarantees.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senda is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Senda is not responsible for decisions made by carriers, regulators, brokers, or other third parties.
